How can I track the delivery of my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email with your delivery tracking number.
You can also track the delivery progress from your customer account.

Will I have to pay taxes or duties to receive my package?

You will not have to pay any tax if delivery is in the European Union. For orders outside the European Union, prices are displayed exclusive of tax, but these orders may be subject to taxes and duties in the destination country. These taxes and duties shall be borne by the customer or recipient and you must pay them to the carrier upon delivery in order to collect your package.

Are returns accepted?

Return requests are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your package.

How do I make a return?

  1.  Generate your return request
    • Go to your PANAFRICA account on our website and click on “My orders and returns”.
    • Select your order, then the reason for return and specify if you prefer a credit note or a refund.
    • Confirm your return request.
    • Your return request will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive an email with instructions to follow.
  2. Return your pair
    Add the packing slip that came with your original package to your package. We ask you to return the following in a single package:

    • The shoes must not have been worn
    • You put your PANAFRICA shoes into the shoe box received
    • Any accompanying accessories

Please do not return your package with only the original box of shoes. Returns may be refused if they are received damaged.

Are the return fees free in France for shoes ?

Yes, only in metropolitan France and excluding promotional periods. We will then send you by email a Mondial Relay delivery note at our expense.
From abroad and during promotional periods, we will send you an e-mail with the address where to send your parcel at your expense.

Are the return fees free for accessories ?

No, we will email you the address where to send us your accessory at your expense.

Are the return fees free outside France ?

No, returns are at your expense for orders placed from another country than France. We will then send you an email with the address where to send your package at your expense.

How to use my gift card ?

hen you will buy the gift card you will be able to plan the shipping via email.. You can also download it in pdf format.

The printing of the gift card will be at your charge.

The gift card covers all our catalogue including promotional items.

The amount can be used in full or in part.

The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be mentioned on the pdf.

It is refundable, within 30 days from the day of purchase.

The refund will be made by the same payment method you used for the original transaction. For any refund or exchange request, please refer to the “How to make a return request” part.
