Within our website we collect data about our users which we analyse and work with our service providers, who therefore have access to some of the data. This information is vital to provide the best possible user experience and to ensure orders run smoothly.

We only collect the information necessary to carry out our business as an e-merchant, namely:

Delivery information: postal address for delivery and invoicing.

8. Your password is confidential:
Creating an account requires a password. This password is encrypted and is known only to you. It is not possible for us to access it. If you forget your password, a new one will be randomly generated and sent to your contact email address.
9. Your bank card number is encrypted:
We collect data related to transactions made on the website (payment type, internal transaction number, type of card used, last 4 digits of the card, expiry date).
Payment is managed by a specialised service provider (PayPal, PayPlug or Alma) depending on the payment type: the entire number on your bank card as well as the security code are not accessible to us.

The data you entrust to us is protected with the utmost care. We use the services of our hosting company GREENSHIFT, which has the security standards to protect our databases. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology ensures the secure transmission of information over the internet.
Access to personal information is limited to PANAFRICA staff and its authorised partners, who need to access this data. In order to enable you to retrieve your order history, this data is only deleted if you request it to be.
