Pourquoi proposer ces deux modèles en précommandes ?
Pre-ordering allows us to produce just what's needed, avoiding waste and ensuring responsible production. It also helps us offer you exclusive sneakers in limited quantities.
Combien de temps durent les précommandes ?
These pairs are available for pre-order for a period of 2 weeks (from February 13th to 27th). During these two weeks, you will benefit from an exceptional pre-order price.
Quand vais-je recevoir ma paire de Sahara ?
Shipments will be made starting March 10th. You will therefore receive your pairs starting March 12th. In time for spring! You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is shipped.
Can I order other products at the same time as my pre-order?
Yes, but your order will be shipped in one go when the Sahara sneakers are ready. If you wish to receive your other products sooner, we advise you to place two separate orders.
Puis-je modifier ou annuler ma précommande ?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your pre-order as long as it has not been shipped. Contact us here for any requests.
Comment fonctionne le paiement en précommande ?
Payment is debited at the time of order to secure your pair.
What happens if my shoe size doesn't fit?
No worries! You can exchange or return your pair within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with our return policy. We plan to keep a small buffer stock for exchanges. If your size is not available for an exchange, you can, of course, choose a refund or a store credit for the amount paid.
