Why are these two models available for pre-order?
Pre-ordering allows us to produce as efficiently as possible, avoiding waste and guaranteeing responsible production. It also helps us to offer you exclusive sneakers in limited quantities.
How long do pre-orders last?
These pairs are available for pre-order for 2 weeks (February 13 to 27). During these two weeks you benefit from an exceptional pre-order rate.
When will I receive my pair of Sahara?
Shipments will start on March 10. You will therefore receive your pairs from March 12. Just in time for spring! You'll receive a follow-up email as soon as your order ships.
May I order other products at the same time as my pre-order?
Yes, but your order will be sent in a single shipment when the Sahara sneakers are ready. If you'd like to receive your other products more quickly, we advise you to place two separate orders.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your pre-order until it has been shipped. Contact us here for any request.
How does pre-order payment work?
Payment is debited at the time of order to guarantee your pair.
What happens if my shoe size doesn't fit?
No worries! You can exchange or return your pair within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with our returns policy. We keep a small buffer stock for exchanges. Should your size not be available for exchange, you can of course choose a refund or credit note for the amount paid.
