Returns

ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?

Return requests are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your package.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

1.Make a return request
Go to your account on the order concerned and click on the button to request a return.

2.Return your pair
Add the packing slip that came with your original parcel to your package.

We ask you to return the following items in a single package:

  • Products in perfect condition with the original label
  • Original shoe boxes
  • Any accompanying accessories

Please do not return your package with only the original shoe box. Returns may be refused if received damaged.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

  • From France, returns are free for shoes and ready-to-wear, only in metropolitan France and excluding promotional periods (7€)
  • From Europe, returns are charged at €8.
  • From abroad and during promotional periods, returns are at your expense. Please contact us. 

ARE RETURNS FREE FROM ABROAD?

No, returns are at your expense for orders placed from outside France. We will then send you an e-mail with the address where to send us your package at your expense.
